The MoliCare® Premium Elastic 10 drops size Medium is an all-in-one diaper with elasticated sides designed for people requiring maximum protection against urinary and fecal incontinence, day and night. Thanks to its 2 multi-repositionable extra-wide elasticated side wings, it is quick to apply and offers optimal support, even for individuals with reduced mobility.

Absorption certified by independent laboratory

With an absorption of 3,696 ml measured according to ISO 11948-1 by an independent laboratory, this all-in-one diaper offers total security for extended nights and active days. Its triple cushion technology rapidly absorbs liquids (100 ml in less than 65 seconds) to keep the skin dry at all times.

Elastic triple cushion technology

• Distributor cushion — long-fiber cellulose in a spiral (curled fiber) for ultra-fast liquid distribution
• Absorbent cushion — cellulose + superabsorbent polymer (SAP) to convert urine into gel and prevent leaks
• Retention cushion — elemental chlorine-free bleached cellulose for optimal structural integrity

General information

• New equipment: minimum 12-month warranty, up to 24 months or more depending on the manufacturer
• Used and refurbished devices: 3-month SelfiMed warranty from delivery, in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity
• Consumables and wear parts: not covered by the SelfiMed warranty

How do I report a defect under warranty?

Contact us before sending anything, by e-mail at info@selfimed.fr or on +33 6 85 24 98 95, stating:

• Your order number
• The serial number of the device
• A precise description of the defect
• Photos or a video if possible

If the device is found to be defective, we repair it. If repair is not possible, we replace it with an equivalent device. If replacement is not possible, we refund it. Return costs for a device found to be defective are paid by us.

⚠️ What the SelfiMed warranty does not cover

• Consumables and wear parts (filters, tubing, mask, humidifier water chamber)
• Breakage and damage caused by a liquid
• A device opened or repaired by anyone other than SelfiMed Europe
• Use that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions

Breakdown outside the warranty

If your device is no longer under warranty, we will direct you to the manufacturer's authorised after-sales service or to a specialised technician.

Order not yet shipped

Cancellation free of charge: contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Full refund, delivery costs included.

Right of withdrawal (change of mind)

If you are a private individual and have changed your mind, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us, without having to give any reason and without penalty. This right applies to new, refurbished and used items.

Notify us by email (info@selfimed.fr), by phone or by WhatsApp, then return the complete item, with its accessories, within 14 days of your request, to: SelfiMed Europe, 16 Rue Germain-Sommeiller, 74100 Annemasse, France.

We refund the price of the item and the original delivery costs (at the standard delivery rate) within 14 days of your request, using the same means of payment. The refund may be withheld until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent back. Return costs are borne by you. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to examine it, only its actual loss in value may be deducted.

Hygiene exception: sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery (masks, cushions and headgear, tubing and circuits, filters, reservoirs, consumables, incontinence products) cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Purchases made by professionals do not benefit from the right of withdrawal: our general terms and conditions of sale apply.

Damaged, non-conforming or defective item, or an error on our part

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity: report the problem to us as soon as possible, preferably with photos. We offer replacement, repair or a full refund (delivery costs included), and return costs are borne by us. Any commercial guarantee is stated on the product page.
