General information

  • New equipment: minimum 12-month warranty, up to 24 months or more depending on the manufacturer
  • Used and refurbished devices: 3-month SelfiMed warranty from delivery, in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity
  • Consumables and wear parts: not covered by the SelfiMed warranty

How do I report a defect under warranty?

Contact us before sending anything, by e-mail at info@selfimed.fr or on +33 6 85 24 98 95, stating:

  • Your order number
  • The serial number of the device
  • A precise description of the defect
  • Photos or a video if possible

If the device is found to be defective, we repair it. If repair is not possible, we replace it with an equivalent device. If replacement is not possible, we refund it. Return costs for a device found to be defective are paid by us.

⚠️ What the SelfiMed warranty does not cover

  • Consumables and wear parts (filters, tubing, mask, humidifier water chamber)
  • Breakage and damage caused by a liquid
  • A device opened or repaired by anyone other than SelfiMed Europe
  • Use that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions

Breakdown outside the warranty

If your device is no longer under warranty, we will direct you to the manufacturer's authorised after-sales service or to a specialised technician.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in order of arrival. Orders placed before 10am (Paris time) are usually dispatched the same day; after 10am, the next working day. Heavy and bulky equipment needs 1 to 2 extra working days of preparation. Orders with express delivery are prioritised over standard orders.

Upon dispatch, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. The delivery times indicated on this link depend exclusively on the carrier and are independent of SelfiMed Europe.

Estimated Delivery Times

Times usually observed, in working days, from order to delivery:

  • Metropolitan France and Switzerland: 2 days (heavy equipment: 3 to 4 days)
  • Nearby Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovenia): 3 to 4 days (heavy equipment: 5 to 6 days)
  • Other European countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden): 5 to 7 days (heavy equipment: 7 to 9 days)
  • United Kingdom (heavy equipment only): 7 to 9 days
  • Outside Europe (South Africa, Algeria, Australia, Canada, China, United Arab Emirates, United States, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore): 7 to 14 days (heavy equipment: 9 to 16 days)

Delivery Options

  • Express delivery (France): available on request, contact us before placing an order
  • Pickup points: available depending on the carrier, selectable at checkout
  • Switzerland: customs clearance included, Swiss VAT applicable

Outside the European Union

  • Any customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • SelfiMed Europe cannot be held responsible for delays related to customs procedures

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to the carrier's tracking page
  • The estimated delivery date by the carrier

⚠️ Important

Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are completely independent of SelfiMed Europe. In case of a delay on your tracking link, we invite you to contact the carrier directly. Our team remains available to assist you if necessary.

Cancellation free of charge: contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Full refund, delivery costs included.

Right of withdrawal (change of mind)

If you are a private individual and have changed your mind, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us, without having to give any reason and without penalty. This right applies to new, refurbished and used items.

Notify us by email (info@selfimed.fr), by phone or by WhatsApp, then return the complete item, with its accessories, within 14 days of your request, to: SelfiMed Europe, 16 Rue Germain-Sommeiller, 74100 Annemasse, France.

We refund the price of the item and the original delivery costs (at the standard delivery rate) within 14 days of your request, using the same means of payment. The refund may be withheld until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent back. Return costs are borne by you. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to examine it, only its actual loss in value may be deducted.

Hygiene exception: sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery (masks, cushions and headgear, tubing and circuits, filters, reservoirs, consumables, incontinence products) cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Purchases made by professionals do not benefit from the right of withdrawal: our general terms and conditions of sale apply.

Damaged, non-conforming or defective item, or an error on our part

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity: report the problem to us as soon as possible, preferably with photos. We offer replacement, repair or a full refund (delivery costs included), and return costs are borne by us. Any commercial guarantee is stated on the product page.

For any order shipped outside the European Union, return conditions may vary depending on local customs rules. Contact us so that we can review your situation.
